Well y'all I've finally done it. There is a brand-spankin' new Kromski Symphony (in the foxy-fine mahogany finish) ordered and hopefully headed on its way to the new homestead!!!!
I don't think I've been this excited bout something since I was a little kid. I actually bawled like a baby when I found out that it was going to be mine...20 minutes of straight uncontrollable weepy sniffling (seriously impressive when you consider that I'm not much of a crier). I never realized just how much I truly wanted until I knew it was going to happen... (yeah, it's a total Oprah moment-for real).
Now all I need to do is unpack some of the millions of boxes in our new apartment so I can carve out the perfect spinning spot!
As for the move, I am grateful to have the worst behind us. We are now fully moved into the new place, and even while it is still stuffed with boxes and piles of random stuff waiting to find permanent landing spots, the apartment itself is already more like home than the last few places we have lived. Now I can get back to the good stuff- knittin' and soon to be spinning!!!!!
Its really hard to type when you are so excited that you are jumping up and down.
